Welcome to the USITT-SW Regional Section website! USITT-SW is an organization of design, production, and technology professionals, educators, and students in the performing arts and entertainment industry located in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

The primary functions of the United States Institute for Theatre Technology - Southwest Regional Section (USITT-SW) are to disseminate information, and facilitiate communication for the professional development of its members, and to encourage the performing arts as a right rather than a privilege for all the peoples of the Southwest Region and of the United States. USITT-SW is a not-for-profit organization, organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, as a legally chartered section of the parent organization, The United States Institute for Theatre Technology.
